Four years at Parcl as Lead Product Designer. $5.6B traded, 24K MAU at peak, 700K loyalty and referral participants. Sole owner of the full ecosystem for the final 2.5 years — app, Parcl Labs, marketing, brand — through a platform rebrand and a V3 launch. Built the multi-brand design system on a Figma Tokens → Cursor → React pipeline.

Before Parcl, three years at Atiba leading teams of 4–5 across SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and hardware. Built the Shell design system — cut handoff ~80% across the portfolio. Clients: Johnson Controls, Hashed Health, Fortified Data, RJ Young.

Leadership has been the through-line — hiring, mentorship, weekly critique cadence, stakeholder alignment, and design vision. The teams I’ve run share craft standards, and the designers on them grow personally and professionally.
