Led the design team all four years across the full product design ecosystem — app, Parcl Labs, marketing, brand — through a platform rebrand and V3 launch. Mentored a junior designer from zero product experience into a senior role at his next company. Built the multi-brand design system on a design → agent orchestration → code pipeline.

Before Parcl, three years at Atiba as Lead Designer. Built the Shell design system — cut handoff ~80% across portfolio projects. Led two design teams across engagements: two designers for a year, three for ten months. Clients: Johnson Controls, Hashed Health, Fortified Data, RJ Young.
